[Case Study] Power Generation System Utilizing Vehicle Engine Rotation
Please provide the necessary power requirements and load information (AC, DC) for operation, and we will propose the optimal unit and system configuration!
We would like to introduce a case study on solving challenges in a power generation system that utilizes the engine rotation of a vehicle. In this case, since the generator itself is installed in the engine room, the cargo bed can be used for loads, allowing for the coexistence of power supply and load. By utilizing the PTO shaft and other components, it became possible to install multiple generators, including those for cooling, achieving a power generation capacity exceeding 15 kW. In combination with lithium batteries, it also supports charging and discharging, making it operable even when the engine is off in certain situations. 【Needs】 - Usable as a power source for various loads of working vehicles - The generator itself is installed in the engine room, allowing the cargo bed to be used for loads, enabling the coexistence of power supply and load - By combining with lithium batteries, it can charge the lithium while driving and operate from the lithium without running the engine during use *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
